Oh, sorry. If you look on the tekkit server site, there's the old server downloads, so you can get one of those, set it up, then copy the world in and change the config to load it up. Properties file then change the world name to the name of your old world. We downgraded our server, and kept the same world without issue. The only side effect we noticed, was that in chunks which had already been generated, there were still two variants of tin and copper, but new chunks thankfully only appear to have one of each.
